At WebXDigital, we strive to provide high-quality website development and digital marketing services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be granted.

By hiring our services, you agree to the terms stated below.


General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and custom development work, most payments made to WebXDigital are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

Our services involve time, planning, technical execution, and resource allocation, which cannot be reversed once work has started.


Advance Payments

  • All initial advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

  • The advance secures your project slot, covers consultation, planning, and initial setup work.

  • Even if the client decides not to proceed after work has begun, the advance will not be refunded.


Website Development Projects

a) Before Project Start

If a payment is made but work has not yet started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative or transaction fees.

b) After Project Commencement

Once the project has started:

  • No refunds will be issued for completed work.

  • If the project is canceled midway, payment for completed milestones must be cleared.

  • Any unused portion of advance may be reviewed at our sole discretion.

c) After Project Delivery

No refunds will be issued once:

  • The website has been delivered

  • Files have been shared

  • Website has been deployed live


Digital Marketing & SEO Services

Digital marketing services (SEO, paid ads, social media marketing) involve strategy, setup, and ongoing optimization.

  • Monthly service fees are non-refundable once work has started.

  • No refund will be issued for completed campaign periods.

  • Advertising budget paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable and subject to their respective policies.


Delays Caused by Client

Refunds will not be granted if delays or project cancellation occur due to:

  • Failure to provide required content or information

  • Lack of communication

  • Delayed feedback

  • Change of business decision


Dissatisfaction with Service

If you are not satisfied with our services:

  • We encourage you to contact us immediately.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns through revisions or adjustments (within project scope).

  • Refunds will not be granted based solely on subjective dissatisfaction once agreed work has been delivered.


Technical Issues & Errors

If a technical error occurs due to our mistake:

  • We will fix the issue at no additional cost.

  • Refunds will not be issued if the issue can be reasonably corrected.


Force Majeure

WebXDigital shall not be liable for refund claims resulting from:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Server failures beyond our control

  • Third-party platform outages


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Termination of project

  • Legal action if necessary

We strongly encourage resolving any concerns directly with us.


Exceptions

Any refund request not covered under this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of WebXDigital management.
