All services are provided based on project proposals, agreements, or written communication between both parties.

Project Engagement & Payments

a) Project Confirmation

A project will begin only after:

• Written approval of quotation/proposal

• Initial advance payment (as agreed)

b) Payment Terms

• A non-refundable advance payment is required before work begins.

• Remaining balance must be paid as per agreed milestones or before final delivery.

• Delayed payments may result in project suspension.

c) Pricing

All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified and are subject to change before project confirmation.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate project requirements

• Deliver necessary content, images, and credentials on time

• Review and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe

• Ensure they own rights to content provided

Project delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

Revisions & Modifications

• Revisions are limited to the number specified in the project agreement.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

• Major changes after project approval may be treated as a new project.

Intellectual Property

a) Client Ownership

Upon full payment, the client will own the final website design and approved deliverables.

b) Company Rights

WebXDigital reserves the right to:

• Display completed work in portfolio

• Use project screenshots for marketing purposes

Unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Website Hosting & Third-Party Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party services such as:

• Hosting providers

• Domain registrars

• Payment gateways

• Marketing tools

WebXDigital is not responsible for:

• Third-party service failures

• Downtime caused by hosting providers

• Policy changes by external platforms

SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

While we implement industry best practices for SEO and digital marketing:

• We do not guarantee specific rankings on search engines.

• We do not guarantee specific traffic or revenue results.

• Marketing results depend on competition, market conditions, and platform algorithms.

Limitation of Liability

WebXDigital shall not be liable for:

• Business losses

• Loss of data

• Loss of profits

• Website downtime

• Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.

Cancellation & Termination

a) By Client

• Advance payments are non-refundable.

• If the project is canceled after work has begun, fees for completed work will be charged.

b) By WebXDigital

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Payments are delayed

• Client provides unlawful content

• Terms are violated

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Business strategies

• Login credentials

• Project information

• Proprietary data

Confidential information will not be disclosed without consent unless required by law.

Prohibited Use

Clients may not use websites or services provided by WebXDigital for:

• Illegal activities

• Fraudulent schemes

• Distribution of harmful content

• Violation of intellectual property rights

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chhattisgarh, India.
